Registered Dental Hygienist

With more than 35 years of experience as a dental hygienist, I continue to find genuine joy in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. I believe every patient deserves compassionate, personalized care, and I strive to create a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where people feel at ease throughout their visit.

Patient education is one of my greatest passions. I enjoy sharing practical, easy-to-follow tips that help patients maintain excellent oral health and feel empowered to care for their smiles between appointments.

Outside the office, I cherish spending time with my family and caring for my animals. Whether I'm with loved ones or enjoying the company of my pets, I appreciate the balance they bring to my life and the joy they add to every day.

One of the things I love most about my work is the people I get to work alongside every day. From the doctors and assistants to the front desk and corporate teams, I am surrounded by an incredibly supportive group that truly cares about one another and about our patients. That sense of teamwork creates a positive environment where patients can feel welcomed, respected, and confident in the care they receive.

I have been in the dental field since 2003, beginning my career as a dental assistant before becoming a hygienist in 2009. Over the years, I have continued to enjoy building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. I love having the opportunity to educate patients, encourage healthy habits, and help them feel proud of their smiles.

In my free time, I enjoy going to Thunder games, lifting weights, having brunch with my girlfriends, spending time with my adult children, reading, and going to the movies. I appreciate having a variety of ways to relax, stay active, and connect with the people I care about. Whether I am cheering on my favorite team, enjoying a good book, or making memories with family and friends, I value the balance those moments bring to my life.

Office Manager

I have been in the dental field since 2006, after completing dental assisting school in Tulsa. During my externship, I discovered that my passion was working with patients at the front office, where I could build relationships and help create a positive experience from the moment they walked through the door. I joined Custom Dental in 2014 and have enjoyed being part of a team that feels more like family than coworkers.

What I enjoy most about my role is helping patients understand their insurance benefits and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. I take pride in creating a welcoming environment, especially when I see a nervous patient leave feeling comfortable, cared for, and confident about their visit. I also enjoy keeping the office organized, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, solving problems, and creating fun promotions and giveaways that make patients excited to come in.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and landscaping, tackling DIY home improvement projects, and spending time fishing.

Nikki

Dental Assistant

I love helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and less anxious during their visits. As a dental assistant, I understand that coming to the dentist can feel overwhelming for some patients, so I do my best to create a calm, encouraging experience from the moment they sit in the chair. Being able to support patients, answer questions, and help them feel more at ease is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

What I enjoy most about working at Custom Dental is the team I get to work with every day. I truly love my coworkers and feel grateful to be part of such a supportive, caring group. Working alongside people who encourage one another and share the same goal of helping patients makes each day meaningful and enjoyable.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and being involved in their lives, especially at their sporting events. I love cheering them on, supporting their interests, and making memories together as a family. Those moments are very special to me and are a big part of what keeps me motivated every day.

I love helping patients feel comfortable and happy to smile again. As a dental assistant, I enjoy being part of the process that helps patients regain confidence and feel good about their dental care. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s comfort, confidence, and overall experience is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

What I enjoy most about working at Custom Dental is the amazing team. I love my coworkers and appreciate getting to work with people who make each day enjoyable, supportive, and encouraging. Being part of a team that works well together makes it easier to create a positive experience for every patient who comes through our doors.

Outside of work, I enjoy painting, reading, and trying new coffee shops and foods. I love having creative outlets that allow me to relax and express myself, and I also enjoy finding new places and experiences to share with others. Whether I am working on a painting, getting lost in a book, or discovering a new favorite coffee spot, I appreciate the joy that comes from creativity and simple everyday moments.

My favorite thing about being a dental hygienist is helping patients feel confident about their smiles. I enjoy getting to know patients and their families, building lasting relationships, and helping each person feel comfortable throughout their care. It is rewarding to be able to provide encouragement, education, and support that helps patients feel more confident in their oral health.

What I love most about working at Custom Dental is the team environment. We work well together, support one another, and truly care about providing the best possible experience and care for our patients. I appreciate being part of a group that values teamwork, kindness, and patient comfort, because it makes the office feel welcoming for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband and our two-year-old daughter. We enjoy spending time outside, traveling as often as we can, and making memories together as a family. Whether we are exploring somewhere new or simply enjoying time outdoors, I cherish those moments and the joy they bring to our everyday life.

One of the things I enjoy most about being a dental assistant is the opportunity to help people feel comfortable and cared for. I love being part of a patient’s visit in a way that helps them feel supported, informed, and at ease. What I enjoy most about working at Custom Dental is the supportive team environment. It is meaningful to work with a group of people who care about one another and about creating a positive experience for every patient. Outside of work, I love spending time with my three boys. Much of our time is spent at soccer games, being outdoors, and going on little adventures together. When things are quiet, I enjoy a good book, creative hobbies, and DIY projects. I love having a mix of busy family moments and quiet time to recharge and be creative.

Financial Coordinator

I enjoy helping people feel better about themselves and seeing the beauty in their smiles again. In my role as financial coordinator, I appreciate being able to help patients better understand the financial side of their dental care so they can feel more confident moving forward with treatment. Being able to support patients, answer questions, and play a part in their confidence is one of the most meaningful parts of my role.

What I like most about working at Custom Dental is the relationships I have with the ladies in my office. They feel more like family than coworkers, and I appreciate being part of such a close, supportive team. That kind of connection makes each day more enjoyable and helps create a welcoming atmosphere for patients as well.

Outside of work, my boyfriend and I love traveling to the beach, Maine, or anywhere warm. We enjoy finding places where we can relax, explore, and spend quality time together. We also have grandbabies who bring us so much joy, and we love spending time spoiling them whenever we can. Family time is very important to me and brings so much happiness to my life.
